Travel to Lofoten by car Through SwedenE6 to Goteborg, Take 45 to Karlstad, Mora, Ostersund, Storuman. You can either turn off onto the E12 to Mo I Rana (Norway) or carry on the 45 to Arvidsjaur. Before Arvidsjaur turn off onto the 95 (Norway) Storfjord/Fauske E6. Carrying on north E6. There are ferries to Lofoten; - from Bodo (to Mosknes, 4 h), take road 80 at Fauske. - from Skutvik to Svolvaer(2 h),take road 81. - from Bognes to Lodingen (1 h). Stay on E6, (BEST WAY). E10 to Svolvaer. Ferry from Skutvik  The route through Sweden is the quickest and fastest. Flattest route is up the east coast of Sweden via Stockholm, Kiruna, Narvik. Or you can do a round trip, Sweden and return through Norway.
